Maya is pleased to announce its performance review, of which you will find the key figures below.

Over the past 12 months, Maya has achieved:

- The complete reimbursement of 5 Bonds dedicated to real estate project financing in Western Europe for a cumulative nominal amount of €57,000,000.
- A performance of 9.5% average IRR

It's worth noting that 4 out of 5 obligations have been repaid earlier, which brings the average duration to 21 months.
